KPMG New Zealand, May 2025For New Zealand real estate agents who've never used AI.
12 short classes. Start from nothing. Walk away from every class with one thing that works, so you spend less time behind the screen and more time out listing and selling.
I've never really used AI. It feels like one more thing to learn, I've heard it makes stuff up, and I don't want my listings sounding like a robot.
Claude's the first thing I open after an appraisal. It goes out the same day, in my words, and I've got time to be the agent people have heard of.

KPMG New Zealand, May 2025"The fact that any error was made by a Gen AI tool will not be a defence." You're responsible for every word, so you need to know how to check it.
Real Estate Authority, Gen AI guidanceof US agents said AI made no noticeable difference to their business.

I'm not selling you another tool. I'm teaching you to use Claude yourself, so you can be the best agent in your town with less time behind the screen.
Claude drafts. You decide.
Three rules, and every class comes back to them.
Rule 1
Brief it once.
Claude learns your patch, your agency, your track record and how you talk.
Rule 2
Give it the real material.
Your notes, your recording, your figures. It works from what you give it, never from what it imagines.
Rule 3
You check, you send.
You check every fact, and you're the one who presses send.
Yes, there are other AIs. What you learn here works in ChatGPT or Gemini too, and the files you build are plain documents you own. The classes are taught in Claude, because one tool learned properly beats five you dabble in.
15 to 20 minutes each. About four hours, start to finish.
From class 3 on, every class comes with a skill I've built: a ready-made set of instructions Claude follows to do that job. You install it, make it yours, and it's ready to use. They work next to the tools your agency already gives you. Not instead of them.
Former licensed agent · Miss AI
Before Miss AI, I was a licensed real estate agent, selling homes by auction and private negotiation and working with both vendors and buyers to find the right match. I know the work behind every listing: door-knocking, letterbox drops, cold calls, late-night calls, and building a social media presence without knowing where to start.
These are the tools I wish I'd had when I was practising. Claude won't replace a personal assistant. It takes the desk work off your plate, and if you already have an assistant, it helps them get more done for you.
The REA has guidance on using AI. You're responsible for everything it produces, you fact-check it, and it recommends against putting personal and client information into external AI tools. So before you connect your work email, you check your agency's AI policy and get their OK. Then class 5 shows you how to switch off the setting that lets your chats be used for training, and how to keep client details to the minimum the job needs.
Not if Claude knows how you write. That's classes 3 and 4, and every skill after them uses it.
The Privacy Act covers AI. Class 5 shows you what goes in, what never does, and how to take names out and still get the job done. Finance and ID documents never go in.
No. If you can send an email, you can do this. Where something's technical, the app does it and I show you exactly where to click.
It works alongside them. Claude drafts, and you put it into your agency's system the way you do now.
They do much the same job, and what you learn transfers between them. Your profile, your voice guide and your brand kit are plain documents you can take anywhere. The classes are shown in Claude, and the skills are built for it, because learning one tool properly beats dabbling in five.
Keep using it for your comparables, exactly as you do now. Its terms don't allow its data in AI tools, so Claude writes everything around the comparables, and you add them yourself.
